• Pre-listing inspections are inspections done for homeowners prior to listing their property for sale. These inspections bring to light any and all issues that the home may have, as well as recommended repairs for those issues. This gives the homeowner an opportunity to make appropriate repairs prior to listing their home on the market, which will reduce the amount of negotiations needed during the inspection period, and increase the value of the home.
• Home Inspections are inspections that are typically done for the buyer, during the inspection period of their contract to buy the home. These inspections are no different from the pre-listing inspection, in that it is a through inspection of the property with a detailed report. The inspector will go over the inspection findings with the buyer at the time of the inspection, as well as give them a full report to review, in order to make the most informed decision about their purchase.
• Pool, Spa, and Additional Structures, can also be inspected upon request, for an additional fee. These inspections ensure that you are buying an overall quality property, not limited to just the main house.
• Termite Inspections are complimentary with every home inspection. These include a thorough inspection of the property and any outdoor structures for any and all wood destroying insects or damage present.
